This week I like to talk about our limits and when they get pushed too far. I know that I have had this happen to me these past couple of weeks. I was not sure how to handle it. So I had to look for something that would help me calm down.

Remember what makes you feel at peace and happiness. I know that I had to think and push myself into what I need to do. It is not always easy but it works in the end. Baking and reading help me. When I am baking I listen to pod cast and that also helps direct my mind to something else and calms the rest of me.

At night I go to bed early to read and that directs me to what I am reading and calms me to be able to sleep which I need. I know what I need and I just have to figure out how to make it happen for me.

I know this post has taken me a little longer. It’s hard to type one handed that is for sure. When you have a lot of things to do, but when you have to do it slow and one handed. I just know that my limits have been tested , but this is a time when I get to know myself. I know that changes are happening and I can’t stop it.

Hello there, Just wanted to talk a little about Life. We all have busy, hard, and short. I know that first hand for sure and I am trying to stay positive about things but it hard. Over the last week I found out things that I have now I didn’t before and they are life threatening. It change my whole world. There were things that just didn’t means as much or just a simple thing like eating change completely. I am trying to process it all everyday but some days are harder to get thru then others. I have people around me helping but sometimes they don’t even understand what I go thru each day. I know I keep a lot to myself because it easier then others saying sorry and act different around me. My whole life had changed in one day.

Never miss the little things in life now. I know that I want to enjoy each moment and just take a picture in my head so I never forget it. Never Judge someone because you never know what that person life is like.

Today was another hard day, It the fourth of July and I was sitting on my deck and wondering how can get this depressed feel to go away. so I started to make a list of things that I could do to help me and I wanted to share some.

The first one is always a good one, take a deep breath and smell the fresh air around you. After that it depends what you want to do. I read a book to relax or even watch a movie that I have seen a hundred times. But if you want other ways you could write a poem from the heart, stretch or exercise, the one I love the most is snuggle with my dogs. It seem that always help me, when I look at them they always make me smile. So I hope some of this tips Help you.

This past week I have start to make little goals and plan out my days. It has really help me stay on task all day. Plus it helps my dogs too, I make sure they get the exercise they need to keep them playing good together and I can get more done.

The first few goals have been playing with my dogs or taken them on a walk while h is great exercise for me too.

The next one is eating smaller meals and taking vitamins each day. I write each thing I do in a planner so I remember when I did what. It made me happier and excited for the next goal.
