Olaf
Let me tell you about me little girl. We just got her fixed and so this week has been a long already. She can’t play with her brothers and it hard to keep her from wanting to play. Olaf has a few more days for healing. Plus this weekend she will be at raspberry fest with us.
We had our refrigerator go out this past week to, so we had to change how much stuff we have in the house. So it been hard with Olaf and having to try and use what I need to out of the cooler and my chest freezer.
So if you ever think days go by smooth, think again. I did order a new refrigerator but won’t get it for a month because it has to be made. So I trying to use stuff so we can fit everything in a mini refrigerator. Plus we got another chest freezer so I have more room to put dog treats a d baked goodies.

Holiday SeasonHoliday Season
The Holidays are among us and we all are busy with shopping , cleaning, wrapping and planning dinner. I know that each year around this time is one of the hardest times I have to go thru. I lost my mom just before Christmas and her birthday and it has been hard ever since. I know people tell me it will get easier and I don’t see how. The one person I could talk to about anything was my mom and now I don’t have that. I know that I have friends and other family members I can talk to but my mom was different. She loved me for me and it didn’t matter what was going on in our life. She always tries and makes Christmas the best for all of us. I still have the present that I got her that year. I know one year it will be easy for me to get thru the holidays but I am not sure when that will be.
It is never easy being down for the holidays, but I try and put on a brave face and get thru it. Sometimes the ones that are supposed to be there for you, don’t listen and make things harder to handle. I know that I will be fine and get thru the holiday season again, but just remember when you see someone don’t judge them you don’t know what they are going thru.
I want to wish everyone that has followed me and went on this year-long journey with me. I will continue next year where I know I will have challenges that will have to deal with. I know that I will get thru them with help from others and myself.
One day it would be nice to get a prayer answered once, but it will happen when you least expect it.
CookbooksCookbooks
These past few weeks, I have been going thru my cookbooks and finding new dishes to try. I have made a couple of goodies. It has been a long process to find recipes to try. I have been posting some of them. I hope others try to make them. I won’t post if I don’t like it. I would let you know if I change it. There are things I can have or I make it smaller cause I only cook for 2 or 3 people. I don’t like a lot of leftovers.
After I been thru the cookbook I am planning on selling them. I will post on different sites. I want others to be able to get out of them as I did. I write down the ones that I want to pass along to my kids.
My grandma did the same thing and I got a lot of them, it’s hard to read a lot of them but it is fun to look thru the books and notebooks full of recipes.
I just want to let everyone know that each week I will be posting recipes for others to try.

Well I wanted to make a post about me. I been busy this last few weeks with different things. My daughter and I have started to take the business and make a run of it this year so between baking and make new things for the business it kept me busy. I am so happy to do this with my daughter and why we started it to begin with. When we began this business it was about my dogs and I will do anything for them. We have made new products and toys.
Now this year has just began with craft show and a Facebook page. We are doing what we can to make a business. I know I don’t want a store or bakery, I enjoy doing it out of my home and as a hobby. When hou do something you love and get to wake up each day and it don’t seem like a job then it what you were meant to be doing.
For the first time I think m that I have gotten there and I enjoy what I do. Plus I get to hang out with my dogs everyday and make sure they get the best. Please visit us on Facebook at Angel`s baked goods. Plus you can see where we are and what we have to offer.
