New Year

Welcome all to 2019, this year I goingto be trying new things and looking to post all on here. I also going to try ad find sponors and affilated marketing.

It a new year and instead of making a new year resolutions, just figure out what you want to do and make a plan of how you are going to get there. I know that I have start make a budget and so far so good. After the month of January I will look over everything I did and see if I did it or what I need to change for the follow month. I also am trying more recipes this year and I will share some and let you know how it work out and what I changed. I know that each recipe I have to change to meet my health issues. So I make it my own.

This year try to get a plan and make a plan and write down things you want to do and at the end of the week see what you did and what you need to care over.

I have done that already and it working, sometime I don’t do it on theday I planned but like everyone know plans change. But it only been a week into the new year.

Well make sure you take timeout for you and pay it forward when you can.

I wanted to talk about Ulcerative Colitis a little because I know there are a lot of people who have. I am one of those people too. I have good days with it and bad. There are different types from mild to severe. When you have a bad day or week it takes you out . I know that the type of treatment I get is infusions and they help. I know I still have a day or two to feel back to myself again. But if you have not heard of it or know someone that deals with it, let me tell you some of the symptoms we have to deal with most of the time.

Symptoms of Colitis could be any of the following: Pain in the abdomen, joints or rectum, along with bloating, blood in your stools, diarrhea. There are more things we deal with anemia, fatigue, fever or loss of appetite, cramping , weight loss. It can drain you for a day or longer. The treatments do help but still have those bad days.

I have UC for over 18 years and I never have the same day. I know others that deal with it and are doing great. I wanted to let you know this because sometimes this is something that keeps me from making my post each week.

This year has gone by and so much has changed in my life. I know that I am working on be debt free and saving money. I know they have a few ways you can save and budget. I am doing a lot of different things and I would like to share them with you.

First one is I have a auto amount directly into my savings account.

I also do surveys and play games that get me gift cards that I can use instead of money.

Plus I have been working on decluttering my house and selling things. I know one day I will get there just by taking time.

I also am starting to use those saving books where you put cash in a book and mark it off.

It has been a rough few weeks losing my sweet boy, which makes me want to do more in life. His life was cut short and I am going to do what I can for him. Everyone says you need time, but no amount of time will bring him back. I know that he is watching over us and I want to make him know that he is missed and very loved.

So hopeful by the end of the year I will be closer to my savings goal.

Detox Social MediaDetox Social Media

I made the decision to take some time off of social media. I would go on it more than I wanted to, just cause I was bored. I started to find other things to do instead which helps me. I also did it with TV too. I know that I have shows I enjoy watching but I want to start learning to do other things with my time.

I do go on messenger because that is how I communicate with a few people. It has only been 2 weeks and I feel better because there is nothing on social media that I need to read or see that bad. I know that it is going to be a while before I just put aside but I do follow people that help me with other things I am learn to do this year.

I have friends and family that have come off of social media sites. I know that life is short and I never post anything about my life and what I am doing. I only post shows that we are going to be at. Plus follow and learn about things I want to try and change in my life. So I know that I can back off it.

Plus, spring is coming soon and I am really looking forward to that because we are going to be busy with planting and changing our yard into what we want to do. Plus take care of that chickens and make things better for them also.

I also started reading again along with working on puzzle. Next will be hanging out with my friends. My health is very important so I am learning what I can to help that also. So much to learn. I have enjoyed this year so far.
