Stress and Pressure

I know that lately I have been talking about life. These are topics that everyone deals with all the time. I know that I always put on a happy face but sometime I have the stress and pressure on getting a lot done in a short time to make others happy. I know that it been hard and I push my self to get everything done. I know everything will work out the way they should and I will get things done. Just remember you need to take some time out for your self and relax and have fun. If you don’t you will not do you or anyone any good. I know that I have done that. I end up shutting down and feeling depressed which is not good either. I figure out ways I can have some fun and take care of me. Plus I have my boys to help me to. Because with out my boys I think that I would lose it more.

Remember to be kind and look out for yourself.

I made the decision to take some time off of social media. I would go on it more than I wanted to, just cause I was bored. I started to find other things to do instead which helps me. I also did it with TV too. I know that I have shows I enjoy watching but I want to start learning to do other things with my time.

I do go on messenger because that is how I communicate with a few people. It has only been 2 weeks and I feel better because there is nothing on social media that I need to read or see that bad. I know that it is going to be a while before I just put aside but I do follow people that help me with other things I am learn to do this year.

I have friends and family that have come off of social media sites. I know that life is short and I never post anything about my life and what I am doing. I only post shows that we are going to be at. Plus follow and learn about things I want to try and change in my life. So I know that I can back off it.

Plus, spring is coming soon and I am really looking forward to that because we are going to be busy with planting and changing our yard into what we want to do. Plus take care of that chickens and make things better for them also.

I also started reading again along with working on puzzle. Next will be hanging out with my friends. My health is very important so I am learning what I can to help that also. So much to learn. I have enjoyed this year so far.

A new month and it is all about love or it is supposed to be. I know that my life has not always been easy. I have been married for 30 years which is unheard of. February is a wonderful month because my little baby girl was born, she is not so little anymore. I am so proud of her and what she has done in her life so far.

This month is going to be a busy one for her and her business. I hope people go check it out. she does wonderful work.

I am not sure what is going on with me but my depression has been on overdrive. Not sure what will help make things better with it. I don’t like going to the doctor and taking something for it. I think that it is better when you can find ways to overcome it.

This is my fifth week and I have enjoyed sharing things out there and hoping one day I can help someone else. I donate stuff and help where I can and that makes me happy. I wish there was a way I could make more money and help more.

Working toward something is what my goal is. Still trying to find my purpose in life yet, but I know that it will come with time.

I would like to start with saying sorry that i have not kept up with this, but I have been not feeling well and need to take care of my self to do this.

Now onto what the word hurt means: When you live with someone that has depression the words you say can make a difference. Words can hurt more then you even know because you don’t know how the person feels.

I know that when someone in your life says something to you and you are down it make you feel like giving up. I know that when it happen to me that is how I felt. On top of that I didn’t feel well and it been a roller coaster ever since.

So the one thing I would let people know is watch what you say to the ones that have depression and make sure they are doing fine before you say something that you might hurt them and they give up on life.

I know that you need to have a support system and people you can go to and talk and let them help you. I know that I have that and i lean on them when I have a hard time. Plus find other thing that help you feel better about yourself.

I know for me I have to let things sit for the night and then the next day I have to remember what is important to me. I know that I couldn’t leave my dogs or my friends that have always been there and help when I need someone right there.

So sometime changes need to be made and I figure out what I have to do to make my self happy again. I work hard at that make health choices.

keep others in your minded before you say something out loud that can hurt others. It might change that person life.
