Girls Weekend
Well I am getting ready to go for a girls weekend with my daughter and a couple of others. I am very excited for this because I have never done one before.
I also stressed out because I am leaving my boys behind, I know that my son is going to take good care of them but being away from them for 4 days is a long time for me. Plus I am making sure that my husband and son has everything they need to survive with out me. I have made them food for breakfast, dinner and treats. I know that they should be able to take care of themselves for the 4 days I am gone but they are men and let face facts sometimes it hard for them.
Well I will post each day to let everyone know how it going.

Cub vs WalmartCub vs Walmart
I shop at both of these stores, I going to tell you why.
Cub I enjoy the freshness of the produce and the select I have. I also enjoy a lot of the sale items they have. But most of all their prices are good on a lot of item I use. I know most try and use off brand, I can do that but not to all some you just have to use the regular brand. Off brand just don’t taste that good. I do use some but not all.
Walmart I enjoy because when I am there I can get motre then just food items that I need. I have normally have other things to shop for. I do like that there areite I can’t find any where else but there so I go there for that, plus so of the walmat brand I use and buy, which are good. I don’t like the produce there becaus it don’t last as long as my cub produce does.
I won’t say one is better then the other but there is just different reason you shop where you shop, price, items, etc… I know there are other store I shop at, but only because they are near or I have things I know I can get there.
Just remember when shopping think about difference and compare. everyone is always trying ways to say a little money if we can.

Journey BeginsJourney Begins
This year I decided to take a journey and stick to a plan. The first week and I made it. I wrote a list of cleaning and errands I need to do. I followed it and did all that I had listed on each day. It was hard some days.
When I was baking or cleaning I had a podcast on. Which one day I will talk about the different ones I listen to. I also started a budget on groceries and misc stuff we need around the house. Also I have to think about budgeting the food I get for my dogs and chickens too. My daughter helps with the chickens and dogs because two dogs are her and two of my dogs.
This journey I made is starting off good and I hope it keeps going. I know that I have a goal I want to reach by the end of 2024. I am taking small steps to get to each one but that is all someone could hope for. I also want to have a little fun too. I have already made plans for a summer field trip and a fall field trip with friends.
If anyone is following me and has questions about my journey and why I decided this was the year to do it, please ask. I will be explaining as the weeks go by. I have a lot going on in my life and I want others to feel that they can do something if they just try.

A new month and it is all about love or it is supposed to be. I know that my life has not always been easy. I have been married for 30 years which is unheard of. February is a wonderful month because my little baby girl was born, she is not so little anymore. I am so proud of her and what she has done in her life so far.
This month is going to be a busy one for her and her business. I hope people go check it out. she does wonderful work.
I am not sure what is going on with me but my depression has been on overdrive. Not sure what will help make things better with it. I don’t like going to the doctor and taking something for it. I think that it is better when you can find ways to overcome it.
This is my fifth week and I have enjoyed sharing things out there and hoping one day I can help someone else. I donate stuff and help where I can and that makes me happy. I wish there was a way I could make more money and help more.
Working toward something is what my goal is. Still trying to find my purpose in life yet, but I know that it will come with time.
