This week there were a few events that made the week busy. The first event was Valentine’s Day which was a day for couples. I know that I don’t go out but this year it snowed. It was the biggest snowfall we have had this year so far. The second event was my daughter’s birthday at the same time was a vendor show. It was a lot to get done, because we had other orders to get done the same weekend. I am glad that the week is over because now I have to get things done at home.

I want to send my prayers out to Burnsville falling heroes. They put their lives on the line each day they put their uniform on. It is a hard time for families. Please take a moment and remember them.

Thank you for letting me do this and hope you are enjoying my journey.

Minnesota Biggest Candy storeMinnesota Biggest Candy store

This weekend we went to the candy store again, it’s always adventure going there. It a far drive and you could spend hours there looking around and finding candy and other things that you normally won’t other stores. I would give this a place that everyone needs to go to at least once. it fun for the whole family and worth the drive. I know that I normally only go once a year but I brought some other family member that have never been there. They loved it and had fun. So if you are ever in Minnesota or you live here go and visit the candy store you won’t be disappointed at all. But make sure you have time because it will take a while to see it all.

I give this a 5 star place to go

Have fun all.

Comfort TimeComfort Time

As I reflect on this past week I came up with a few things that I need to do. The first thing I realized is I need to take some time for myself to enjoy my life. It doesn’t matter what it is, because it is about recharging. I know that I don’t plan to go far ahead because that is not a promise to me. I am just thankful for each day I get up and get to have another day with the ones I love.

I try to make it and enjoy life, save money and hang out with the ones that support me. I know without them life would be hard each day. I am glad to everyone that has followed me on this journey because this year has been a tough one. I have had ups and downs to get thru, which I have those who have come into my life to help me.

Sometimes I go back to what is comfortable to me, which is not what we need to do. We all need to get up and try something new. Just think about things you have always wanted to do but have been too scared to do. Sometimes people make a bucket list to see what they can do. All you need to do is thank God for that day and make some plans.
Text a friend you have not talked to in a while. Find a place that you have not gone but always wanted to. Have a date night with some girlfriends or husband, boyfriend or your better half. Everyone has something or somewhere they have always wanted to do. It is never too late.

Thank you again for this.

World largest Rubber duckWorld largest Rubber duck

This past week I have been baking a lot getting ready for a sale that was nothing I could have thought it would be. The Duck was over 6 stories tall and wow see it up close was cool. A lot of people went there and saw it and had a great time with everything else going on.

Our sale was very successful that is for sure. I never had to make so much for one show ever. I can’t wait until next year when they do it again. I will be more prepared that is for sure.

It has been a long couple of weeks for us here. It is finally slowing down this month. I know it never lasts that long but I am fine with the time to get other things done. Plus it gives me time to find some other part time work that I can do from home. I know that there are companies out there looking for a little help and that who I want to be.

For the time I do have I am making and sell a dog treat to help with all my dogs medication, I know he won’t be around long time but it I can make something that everyone can remember him from, I made a good choice to do this. Life is not always fair and for him it is cruel that is for sure. But we show him all the love he needs.

Thank you for letting me do this and continue reading.
